Perdue Farms supports United Way of Cecil County in Maryland

Salisbury, Md. (Monday, June 5, 2017) — As part of its commitment to the community, Perdue Farms recently presented the United Way of Cecil County in Maryland with a check for $5,000. Perdue Farms and its associates have contributed more than $7.5 million to United Way chapters in the communities in which its conducts business through a nearly 30-year partnership with United Way.
“From dollars donated by our associates to corporate pledges and volunteer hours, Perdue is committed to helping improve the lives of those in the local community through United Way,” said Bill See, manager of corporate communications and community relations for Perdue Farms. “We’re thrilled to expand our support of United Way through the many programs provided by the chapter in Cecil County.”
The Perdue donation will benefit the United Way of Cecil County’s 28 agency partners.
