A Message to Farmers from Jim Perdue

Our company started as a family farm in 1920. Today, almost a century later, we know that without farmers, there would be no Perdue Farms. Farmers raise our chickens, provide us with hogs, sell us grain and contract to raise specialty seeds.

To us, farmers are more than vendors or suppliers—they are partners. We want to help farmers succeed. We want to see family farms remain economically viable. And, as we welcome new farmers, we look forward to the next generation of families who will work the land and tend to animals.

If you are one of the more than 35,000 farmers who are part of our commitment to responsible food and agriculture, thank you. If you are interested in opportunities with Perdue as an independent farmer, I invite you to learn more.

Sincerely,
Jim Perdue
