Ryan Perdue serves as Senior Vice President of Perdue Specialty Meats and Emerging Brands. In this role, he leads the company’s PET division that he founded in 2011 that includes human grade dog treats and food brands, Full Moon® and Spot Farms®, and Pasturebird® the largest pasture-raised chicken business. He also oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company’s premium pork, lamb and beef brands, including Niman Ranch®, Coleman All Natural Meats®, and Sioux Preme Packing.

Ryan joined Perdue Farms in 2010 as a strategy consultant and was later named Director of Business Development. Prior to joining the family business, he spent more than seven years as a consultant with Monitor Deloitte, advising clients across a range of industries.

Perdue earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Dartmouth College. He is the son of Chairman Jim Perdue and represents the fourth generation of the Perdue family to work in the family-owned and operated company.
