Your Wellness Center Is Your Primary Care Provider

If you participate in the Perdue insurance plan, your Perdue Wellness Center is your primary care provider for Your Perdue Benefits. Whenever you need to see a doctor, you’ll get the most value from your medical plan by using the Wellness Center.

When you use your Perdue Wellness Center, you no longer have to drive to a medical clinic, then wait hours to see a doctor. Instead, all you have to do is call or step into a Perdue Wellness Center and make an appointment.

Affordable

For associates covered by Your Perdue Benefits, the cost to visit the Wellness Center is a $0 co-pay. Dependents covered by Your Perdue Benefits is also a $0 co-pay.

Quality Care

Perdue hires highly qualified physicians and nurse practitioners to take care of you and your family. The Perdue nursing staff is licensed and ready to make sure you and your covered family members get the proper care.

When you visit the Perdue Wellness Center, you’ll have the same privacy as you do when visiting any other doctor’s office.

On-the-Clock Appointments

You can go to your appointment at the Perdue Wellness Center during your work hours and not clock out. That means you’re still getting paid while you’re at your appointment.

Dependent Care

Many Perdue Wellness Centers also offer dependent care for family members covered by Your Perdue Benefits. Simply call the Perdue Wellness Center. In most cases, your covered family member will get an appointment that same day.

Convenient Payroll Deduction

When you visit the Perdue Wellness Center, you don’t have to have cash, a check or a credit card. For your covered family members, all you have to do is sign a payroll deduction form before the appointment. The office visit will be automatically deducted from your paycheck. And as an associate your co-pay is $0.

With the Perdue Wellness Center, you avoid the high costs and long waits that come when you use the emergency room for non-emergency medical care.

PERDUE HEALTHWORKS® is at all of our major locations, so chances are you’re close to us. And, if you’re covered by the Your Perdue Benefits medical plan, you can visit any Perdue Wellness Center. All locations provide Occupational Health and Health Improvement/Wellness Programs.
