A family-founded, owned, and run, diverse agriculture organization, S&S Farms including fish, corn, soybeans, wheat, fruits and vegetables, Agri-tourism, and – of course – chickens, growing more than 3 million chickens with Perdue annually.

This award, presented to the Sutton Family this week at a ceremony on their farm in Pitt County, NC, recognizes and underscores the importance of being thoughtful stewards of the land, using responsible practices to raise animals and crops that go into the food we feed to our families, and leaving a legacy of responsibility for our children and future generations.
